Luxury detached villa in Playa Blanca with a solar heated pool with hydro massage and big gardens with autochthonous vegetation situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre. It is built on a plot of more than 1200 square meters. The pool and garden area are completely private due to the high wall that surrounds the area.
The villa itself is luxuriously furnished. It has a huge spacious living area with comfortable sofas and plenty entertainment including a flat screen TV in the lounge, Sky TV, DVD player, books and magazines. Located off the lounge is the unique and spacious dining room. This charming room has seating for 8 people. The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the utility area there is a washing machine for client use.
The villa comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. There is also another double bedroom which shares the family bathroom with the two twin rooms.
The highlight of the villa is the extensive garden which encompasses a 10m x 5m pool with Roman steps for easy access and hydro-massage for your comfort and a rich variety garden of autochthonous vegetation, a generous BBQ area, an outside dining area that seats 8, a playground recreational area, a sun terrace and a romantic garden pavilion - an ideal place for gazing into the star filled sky.
